About Whiteley
A Southeast Texas Surveying Legacy Since the Late 1970s
Whiteley’s surveying roots began in Southeast Texas in the late 1970s, serving property owners, commercial clients, industrial facilities, and project teams in one of the Gulf Coast’s most active regions.
Over the following decades, the Whiteley name became associated with professional surveying, mapping, construction support, property information, and infrastructure projects.
Today, Whiteley Survey Group continues that tradition with a renewed focus on professional surveying. Under the leadership of Thomas S. Rowe, PE, RPLS, the company is committed to experienced guidance, dependable survey information, and responsive project communication.
Our Mission
To provide professional surveying services that give clients the information they need to plan, design, build, acquire, improve, and maintain property and infrastructure with confidence.
